A Standard Weekend Youth Retreat

Two nights accommodation

  • Comfortable, fully winterized cabins with fireplaces.

Five meals and a snack

  • April to the May Long Weekend: $139+HST per person
  • May Long weekend - June: $159+HST per person

  • Bring more people and save! Take $5/person off the fees for 51-75 guests; $10/person off for 76-100 guests; $15/person off for 101-125 guests and $20/person off for 126+ guests
Other Things to Know!


  • Arrival is anytime after 7:30PM Friday and Check-out by 2:00PM Sunday.
  • Meal Times: Breakfast is at 8:30AM, Lunch at 12:30PM, and Dinner at 5:30PM.
  • Motel-style accommodations are available for group leaders, speakers and their families.
  • All guests must supply their own bedding and linens.
  • Our maximum booking capacity is 190 people.
  • Medeba has a minimum booking capacity of 40 people. This can be met by combining the numbers from multiple groups. If you have less than 40 people in your group, please contact us to see if there are other groups on-site.
  • Reserving the whole facility: To have the exclusive use of the entire facility a group must pay for a minimum of 130 guests.
  • Sharing the facility: If you are not a group of 130 or more, you could be sharing the facility with other groups. This may mean sharing activity areas, Trailhead Eatery and washroom facilities. You will have your own dedicated meeting room for your group to use.
