Medeba has activities designed to help your students learn!

Maximizing Facilitation

Your students will learn and grow during their outdoor education retreat. They will learn something new about themselves, learn new skills like climbing, and be better at working as a team.

The Design

We will work with you, the teacher, to determine goals for a customized experience that meets the students' needs. During your stay, we will continually evaluating activities to ensure that they are effective in reaching your planned goals.

The Delivery

The program is presented to small groups of 12-15 students in a way that is fun, safe and allows individuals to challenge themselves. Each activity is rich in metaphors and full of teachable moments. Our staff are qualified leaders, so teachers are able to relax and enjoy the program while our staff lead; you are able to participate with the group or just observe.

The Debrief

We are committed to seeing students explore the meaning of the activities in which they participate and transfer lessons learned to their lives in practical ways. Most activities are followed by facilitated discussion to help your students identify issues, develop solutions, and make real life applications.
